IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operation (ISAGO) is the highest audit level of aviation ground handling safety. TIAS had assigned a dedicate preparation team organized for ISAGO audit procedure on February 2009 and effectively applied for ISAGO audit on October 2010. IATA assigned Air China being our auditor and arriving TPE station for Headquarter and Station Audit on October 2011. Successfully, TIAS passed the rectification procedures and completed the final review.

On February 11, 2012, TIAS was certified by IATA registration as the ISAGO Provider for aviation ground operations, and was also the first ground company in Taiwan to achieve ISAGO certification. ISAGO certification need to be reviewed every two years, TIAS has passed the reexamination on October 2013 by Garuda Indonesia, July 2015 by Malaysia Airlines and September 2017 by Aviation Quality Services GmbH of Lufthansa Group.
