Passenger Service Department is the only one division among TIAS that provides direct service to the passengers. Maintaining the impression of Taiwan's hospitality is one of the key conditions for making passengers feel at home with the most considerate and convenient services.

- Departure check-in counters' baggage tag service.
- Arrival baggage sorting and transferring.
- Handle transit passengers and their baggage.
