Operation Control Center
To ensure the quality of our services meets the requirements of our customer Carriers, Operation Control Center (OCC) collects and provides the most accurate flight information to all operation departments as the base of manpower and equipment dispatch. OCC is also the on-time reporting and reaction center for emergency handling."Safety, Service and Efficiency"are the goal of OCC.
Main Service Items :
- Provide immediate real-time flight information of Taoyuan International Airport (TPE).
- Collect and analysis winter/summer schedule flight information and provide the data to operation departments for manpower and equipment dispatch plan.
- Update and record flights' arrival/departure information and immediate report the status to operation section.
- Cooperate with Taoyuan International Airport Authority for emergency response measures and provide timely support, such as manpower, equipment and skill.
- Responsible for coordinating and communicating with the customer Carriers.
- Assist with flight scheduling to maximize apron utilization.
- Ensure effective crisis management through timely reporting.
